Project Manager:

Are you an experienced Project Manager / Project Engineer looking to get into a Managerial position on a permanent basis, for a company who design, develop and manufacture high quality AC brushless servo and permanent magnet motor solutions? This is an exciting, varied, and challenging position for a growing company and want an individual to join and progress with the company.

 

Project Manager:

Requirements / Experience:

  • Must have several years’ experience in Project based work within a manufacturing environment

  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering related field or diploma with relevant work experience.

  • Good technical and problem-solving skills & understanding of the general fault analysis process.

  • 3D CAD skills – Creo, etc. – check drawings, datasheets, FEA, other design related documentation is an advantage

Project Manager:

Desired Requirements:

  • Experience in global production development & industrialization is highly desired and a strong advantage

  • PMP certified or equivalent is an advantage

The Role:

  • Overall responsibility for all assigned projects, develop & manage high level plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, resources, BOMs, etc., to secure timely & sound financial decisions.

  • Lead multiple projects (major & minor) simultaneously, assist with global programs, engage with multiple production locations, define process & deliver the industrialization roadmap, aligning to the project delivery strategy

  • Continuously monitoring the project progress and ensure that the scope, time & cost are in line with the plan & budget with the regular reviews & assessments to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions

  • Engage with both the existing & the potential suppliers/vendors, configuring and negotiating component build capability, sample order, delivery tracking, production time plan, sample validation & verification, strategic purchase, supplier approval, etc

  • Taking proper actions to achieve & maintain a modernized & innovative approach to manufacturing both new & legacy products in multiple production locations, using PPAP and APQP process to transfer production between facilities where necessary
