 If so, we are seeking a experienced Sales Manager, to join a global leader in wind turbines and energy storage solutions for UK/Italy/South Europe. In this role, you'll responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships.

Essential Requirements / Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business/Marketing, engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • strong knowledge of the renewable energy sector
  •  5 + years as a sales management or in a similar role within the renewable energy industry
  • In-depth knowledge of renewable energy technologies, products, and services
  • Strong track record in Achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
  • the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team
  • The ability to understand technical aspects of renewable energy solutions and effectively communicate them to clients Any additional European languages (esp. Italian, German, Spanish) will be a plus

Sales Manager The Role:

  • Execute and develop strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue from key accounts in the renewable energy sector.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
  • You’ll be in charge of sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals in collaboration with the sales team.
  • You will Monitor sales performance, analyse sales data, and generate reports to track progress against targets and identify areas for improvement In this role you will be the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues
  • You will Provide regular sales forecasts, budget recommendations, and market intelligence reports to senior management.
