Essential Skills / Experience:
- Strong experience in an engineering design role component using Solidworks
- Demonstrable experience in leading small design teams to meet challenging targets in time, to budget and right first time
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering, and/or with equivalent experience and training
- A strong team player

- Undertake annual staff reporting for your team, helping set objectives and assess performance
- Understand the needs of multiple projects in a complex environment, and which of your team are best suited to accomplish specific goals
