Are you a Customer Support or Customer Service Advisor / Co-ordinator with experience working in an office and telephone environment? Do you have an interest in potentially training into more a technical helpdesk role with progression opportunities? If so we’re seeking 2 enthusiastic customer support Co-ordinators to provide key support to a range of customers internally and externally. The role requires the ability to provide string customer service and support over the phone and via email to ensure customers are well look after alongside help from the rest of your team.

£22,500+ per annum
Yearly pay rises

23 days holiday plus bank holidays
Monday to Friday with some flexibility to work from home 2 days per week

Essential Experience

The Role
Initially basic support of key customers with training and progression offer to develop into more of a technical helpdesk role with pay rises
The are a range of progression options where you will be involved in ticket management to provide key service to customers
You will be working with a customer and will require you to have the ability to take ownership of any problem and issues and working on them in tight timelines
