Essential Requirements / Experience:
MSc or PhD in relevant field
5+ years of experience years of experience in relevant field is a must
Working knowledge of battery modelling and simulations.
Strong Python experience is a must, or any other relevant modelling language
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong background in mathematical modelling of Lithium batteries.

Battery Modelling Specialist
The Role:
Develop and enhance mathematical and physics based models to accurately predict lithium-ion battery performance and degradation at every level
You will be instrumental in refining and enhancing our clients existing electrical, thermal, and aging battery models
You will work with in depth lab data-based aging models that integrate seamlessly with field data
You will be heavily involved with testing practices and ensure data collection
Work closely with and travel to international R&D sites to guide testing procedures, and ensure data collection meets your modelling needs
