BESS Engineer
Essential Requirements / Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering
5+ years of experience years of experience in relevant field is a must,
Working knowledge of battery systems, power conversion systems (BESS,PCS)
Working experience troubleshoot technical problems and analyse system performance data
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Fluency in business and technical English

The Role:
As a solutions applications engineer you will provide key guidance on PCS functionality, BESS integration, and grid interaction.
Process customer feedback and translate market requirements into product development specifications
Troubleshoot technical issues related to PCS installations and grid integration.
Work closely with the R&D teams to translate market requirements
Run workshops on PCS technology and BESS applications
Develop and manage strong relationships with key industry players and potential customers
