 Internal Sales Manager

Are you an experienced Internal Sales Manager with a passion for Guitars and music tech with a creative flair, to join a fantastic team? Are you looking to grow and progress within the engineering industry for a reputable, global organisation? If so, we are seeking a experienced Internal Sales Manager on a permanent basis for a company that is a global innovator and leader specialising in the design and manufacture of guitar and amplification design.

Internal Sales Manager 

  • This person will need a Microsoft Office, especially Excel Wizard

  • This person should have a passion for Analyitcs and data, especially sales/data analytics and the ability to present insights which lead to profitable activity

  • The successful candidate will need to have a Minimum Degree/HNC

  • This candidate must have a Minimum of 2 years industry experience, preferably the Music/instrument industry or has a strong passion to work within the industry

  • The ability to play a musical instrument

  • Proven experience using tools such as

    Business Intelligence software e.g. Power BI / Tableau

  • Experience working in a target driven, B2B sales environment.

Salary Package

  • Competitive annual salary up to circa £25,000 - £35,000 per annum + commission and bonus

  • Office hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday, with a willingness to work extra hours as and when required

Internal Sales Manager

The Role

  • We are looking for an experienced Internal Sales Manager who will be responsible for analysing and reporting on key sales data and activities, alongside the Director of Sales. As the Internal sales manager you will be accountable for ensuring all sales processes are followed through and maintained within the sales department, liaising with other teams within the company, providing a sales perspective in Marketing, Supply Chain planning and Training metrics.

  •  As a successful internal sales manager, you will be responsible for the key sales data, which you will Collect, track, analyse. As well as Propose and support the implementation of new sales systems, processes, and reporting.
