Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to get involved in machinery full life cycle development projects? Do you have mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, software engineering or hardware engineering experience? Are you looking to get involved in projects from initial concept from a blank sheet through to commissioning / installation? If so, we are seeking a Project Manager on a permanent basis for a company that supply globally specialising the design and manufacture of bespoke process machinery and instrumentation for a variety of sectors to join a growing projects team and manage a variety of high value bespoke machinery projects.

Essential Requirements / Experience:

  • Must be an experienced Project Manager with in depth experience working on multiple projects and possess good knowledge of budgets, risk management, customer facing experience etc.

  • The successful Project Manager will have a strong engineering background, either mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, software engineering or hardware engineering experience

  • Will need to be driven, bright and determined to deliver good projects on time, within budget

  • Need to have brilliant customer facing skills and ability to develop valuable relationships with customers

Project Manager / Projects Manager Salary Package

  • Competitive annual salary between £50,000 - £55,000 per annum (DOE)

  • Annual Bonus

  • Pension Scheme

  • Some flexible working hours

  • Based near Bletchley, Bedford, Leighton Buzzard, Buckingham

Project Manager / Projects Manager

The Role

  • As a Project Manager you will be responsible working on product machinery and instrumentation development projects from initial project brief to customer delivery

  • As a customer focussed Project Manager you will be responsible for gauging initial customer requirements taking it through to delivery

  • You will be working with a number of engineers and manager as well as the customer to ensure the smooth running of bespoke projects and everything is set to be delivered on time, within budget and the development process
