Are you an experienced Lab / Laboratory Technician with chemistry experience that has some practical experience working on electro-mechanical products? Are you looking to develop within a rapidly growing global organisation and work on exciting products/equipment? Are you looking to work on a large portfolio of electro-mechanical products / instrumentation? If so, we are seeking an Lab Technician permanent basis for company that supply globally specialising in the design and manufacture of gas equipment/machinery for the oil and gas, food and packaging industries that have been established for over 30 years that are rapidly expanding.

Laboratory Technician /Chemistry Test Technician / R&D Technician Essential Requirements / Experience:

  • Proven experience with electro-mechanical assembly, this is to understand products initially to then focus on product development / electrical and mechanical assembly

  • Minimum of a couple of years’ experience in a similar role in an engineering / chemistry / medical environment

  • We are looking for an easy going character that will fit in to a small close-knit team

  • Experience in conducting experiments and trials, analysing and documentation for R&D / product development

Laboratory Technician /Chemistry Test Technician / R&D Technician Salary and Benefits

  • Competitive annual salary up to £26,000 - £30,000 depending on experience

  • Early finish Friday

  • Great pension scheme

  • Based near Aylesbury, Princes Risborough, Watlington, Milton Common

Laboratory Technician /Chemistry Test Technician / R&D Technician The Role

  • We are currently looking for a R&D / product development technician with chemistry experience to work on the product development of exciting electro-mechanical products / instrumentation

  • You will be working to engineering drawings / build instructions to understand the product range to help with future development

  • You will be working to high levels of quality and working to build targets on a variety of equipment / machinery, conducting trails and experiments on new products, creating documentation to support development and create instructions for production
