Customer Manager / Business Manager (Aftermarket) Essential Requirements / Experience:

  • Experience working in a customer facing position with experience managing and developing teams and individuals

  • Ability to make changes and improvements where deemed necessary to continue to develop the aftermarket strategy (repairs, spares, upgrades and maintenance)

  • Capable of working with customers to ensure the service being provided is to the best possible standard, being involved in quotations, managing expectations and any complaints or claims

  • Improving processes business wide to ensure all team members are providing the best possible service in a streamlined manner

Desirable Requirements / Experience:

  • Six sigma experience would be beneficial

  • Experience working within aftermarket / servicing company/team

Customer Manager / Business Manager (Aftermarket) The Role

  • As a Business Manager / Customer manager you will be responsible for managing and developing a large team and ensuring customers are receiving the best aftermarket service possible from you and your team

  • Working with customers to ensure they are communicated with and expectations are managed well, you will be involved in quotations, processing orders and monitoring any claims or complaints

  • Part of the aftermarket management team responsible for repairs, spares, upgrades and maintenance for customer across the UK, working with and liaising with the management team to review and implement changes and improvements company wide, resolving potential issues with orders, payments, backlogs, etc

  • Representing a well-known and respected global organisation that pride themselves on their work and service producing bespoke process machinery and equipment
